We are a specialist manufacturer and only supply our customers directly, not via agents or trading companies.  Our prices are therefore highly competitive in the global market.

Our modern, well-organized factory enables us to operate a highly efficient organisation and keep processing costs to a minimum.  We don't have to rely on expensive outsourcing or third-party manufacturing.

PAMCO's huge annual output allows us to bulk purchase material at significant discounts to our competitors. We can then pass on these savings to our customers by way of lower prices, without compromising quality.

Furthermore, we sell direct to our customers – not through trading companies - and so our prices are not inflated with the additional profits taken by intermediaries or agents.  Our prices are "direct from factory", giving our customers the best possible deal.

All stages of production are governed by strict quality procedures and every completed product is fully inspected prior to despatch.

All stages of the manufacturing process are carefully monitored by our dedicated quality team, who have at their disposal the most modern testing equipment in our in-house testing department.

We work very closely with customers during all stages of product development. Pre-production samples of all new products are provided for approval and no order is despatched without full product conformity.

We fully respect the commercial confidentiality and intellectual property rights of our customers. We guarantee that we will not offer products which have been developed with a customer to any other company.

We know that customers can spend a great deal of time and money developing new products, only for their dishonest suppliers to promote those confidential products to the wider markets in their catalogues, on their websites or at trade shows. But PAMCO is different.

We respect the confidentiality of our customer’s technical drawings and product samples and acknowledge the investment made by our customers into their products.

If we work with a customer to develop a bespoke product, we guarantee that we will not offer it to any other company. A bespoke product is for that customer only.

We provide regular status updates to our customers, showing how orders are proceeding and reviewing shipping schedules.

At PAMCO we understand the importance of shortest possible lead times and on-time deliveries to help our customers manage their stocks. We also think that regular and accurate communication with our customers is vitally important to develop a strong, long-term business association.

Our record of meeting despatch due dates is excellent. All production is carefully scheduled to meet shipping deadlines and, because we do not sub-contract manufacturing to outside factories, we can control lead-times accurately.

Every customer has a dedicated client manager at PAMCO, working closely together. Customers are provided with regular order status updates to show how orders are proceeding through all stages of product development, manufacturing and shipment planning.
