From receipt of raw materials through material preparation, mould & jig making, fabrication, plating, packing and container loading, all stages are monitored and controlled by our highly trained staff.

All manufacturing is conducted in-house and therefore each production process falls under the company’s strict quality control procedures.

The modern factory workshops cover an area of 12,000m2 and include a wide range of equipment and machinery, including robotic welding, pressing machines up to 160MT, rolling fabrication lines, CNC machining and automated bending, slitting and cutting facilities.

Manufacturing is at the heart of the business and is fully supported by professional departments for product design, tool/mould making, quality/inspection and packing.
